I tried checking out a few times, but it kept failing on me. After a while, I just sorta gave up.

I tried ordering a few parts, but like half of the stuff I needed wasn’t actually available. The site still shows items like you can buy them, then you find out later they’re out of stock. It’s annoyinggg when you need parts fast

My order showed up late, and the tracking barely worked the whole time. I kept checking for updates and got almost nothing useful. it made me lose trust in the whole delivery process.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took a couple of days and I had to follow up once. They were polite and did answer my question in the end, which I appreciate, but I was expecting at least a quick apology for the delay. Not a terrible experience, just slower than it should’ve been.

I wasn’t happy with my experience with mobiledistributorsupply.com. I placed an order and then pretty much heard nothing. I kept having to reach out just to get basic updates, and when I did get replies, they were slow or felt like some automated runaround that didn’t actually answer what I asked. I understand delays can happen, but I really can’t stand when companies make you deal with vague system messages instead of just telling you what’s going on. It felt like I was chasing them the whole time. I wouldn’t order from them again

I returned my order, but the whole return and refund process has been frustrating. I’m still waiting for my refund and haven’t gotten much clarity. Has anyone else had this happen?

I kind of had a feeling shipping might take forever, and sure enough, it did. It showed up way later than expected, and I didn’t really get any clear updates until it finally arrived. Annoying, honestly...

I ordered three phone parts and somehow only one of them was actually the right item. The other two didn’t match what I picked at all. Now I’m stuck dealing with returns, and I’m wishing I’d just bought them somewhere else. Frustrating.

I really wanted to like this, but the price just felt way too high compared to a few other places I looked at. By the time shipping was added, the total was hard to justify. I ordered a replacement screen it felt kind of cheap as soon as I took it out—well, at first I thought maybe I was just being picky, but the touch was glitchy and the colors looked really washed out. It completely stopped working after a few days, so yeah, I won’t be buying from here again.

The box showed up all crushed and the parts were just rattling around loose inside. Not great, kinda dissapointing.
